Overview
Zinger props are a proven product. People have been using them for many years. We only carry the hi pitch ones just for the crowd that wants to go fast! The 18x16 and the 20x16 we have tested on our DA-85 powered P-40 and reached speeds of 160 MPH + if you have a DA-85 and a warbird and you want to go fast this is the prop for you!

Custom drilling of your propeller is now available for an additional $7.00. After you choose the propeller you need, please add your custom drilling here. This may take an extra day or two depending on our workload. Please note that we cannot drill a CF spinner and propeller separately and have them match up! They must both be in our possession at the same time to align them properly.

We are committed to fast service, but Custom Cut or Drilled Props and Spinners may take UP TO 1 WEEK to have completed.  Please take that into consideration when ordering.

We are committed to fast service, and we usually ship the next day, but Custom Cut or Drilled Props and Spinners may take UP TO 1 WEEK to have completed depending on our workload. Please take that into consideration when ordering your items.

ALSO! Please double or triple check your drill and cut order. Almost every day we are sure we are asked to do the wrong thing like to drill a 150cc size prop or spinner cone with a 50cc drill jig. Sometimes we don’t catch the mistake. Sometimes we do, but this causes a delay because we must ask you what you want, and this takes time.

Zinger props are the only ones available today for high speed warbirds. In the P-40, we were able to attain very high speeds, in excess of 130 mph in a dive. In order to guess the speed of the plane, multiply the engine rpm by the pitch of the prop. Thus a 16" pitch times 10 thousand rpm offers 160 mph (16x10). While many factors come into play to arrive at the actual speed, this gives you a reference point. Our air speed indicator showed the P-40 at 166 mph in a dive at full throttle with a DA-85 and Zinger 20x16 prop.
